- Returns and Cancellations Policy
Currently, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders can be canceled before payment is made. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
- Returns and Exchanges
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the reasons must be: change of size or manufacturing defect. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Exchanges must be made for items of the same cost available in our inventory at the time.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@magneticlittle.com or via WhatsApp. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
To make an exchange, we suggest that you return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

- Refunds
We only accept returns of items that have a manufacturing defect or size exchange.
- Product warranty and care
We are not responsible for improper care of the product. If any of our products come into contact with clothing dye, bleach, oil, nail polish remover, makeup, or any other abrasive substance, those stains cannot be removed by washing. Furthermore, we are not responsible for misuse of the product.
