Where and how are your products manufactured?
We carefully select our suppliers to ensure that our products are of high quality. Our garments are made from soft, sustainable organic bamboo cotton. The fabric comes from Spain and features 100% original designs sublimated in China, guaranteeing quality and exclusivity.
How are their products cared for?
We recommend washing the garments preferably by hand or on the delicate cycle of the washing machine. Tumble drying is not recommended to preserve the quality of the fabric. For more detailed care advice, see our Product Care section.
Does the magnet in the pieces deteriorate over time?
No. We focus on using high-quality materials in all our components, including the magnets. To ensure maximum durability, we recommend carefully reading our Product Care section and following the maintenance instructions.
What size range is available?
We offer sizes from newborn to 7/8 years.
How much does national shipping or delivery cost?
Delivery to anywhere in Caracas costs $4, and national shipments are through the MRW agency (cash on delivery). The cost of domestic shipping is automatically calculated based on the total weight of the package; this rate is set and quoted directly by the shipping agency. We offer free shipping and delivery on purchases over $100 in Venezuela.
